Au fil des années, nous avons une utilisation principalement pour corriger l’acné inflammatoire. Les autres acnés ne sont pas corrigées.

En cas de trace de pigmentation après acné il est plutôt déconseillé.

Le Dr SMARRITO conseille l’usage de la LED en post-opératoire après les procédures de chirurgies comme le lifting, la rhinoplastie, la liposuccion ou la cryoliposuccion en variant sur les protocoles.

Les leds ou diodes électroluminescents produisent une lumière sans pour autant dégager de la chaleur. Le spectre de la bande de la led est identique à un laser.

En revanche, l’énergie délivrée par une led est inférieure à un laser. Les leds que nous utilisons à la RIVIERAclinic sont monochromatiques. C’est-à-dire que les indications de la couleur de la led dépendent des indications et du traitement recherché.

Chaque couleur a une pénétration différente dans l’épiderme et le derme avec ainsi une action clinique différente. C’est la NASA qui en 1er a mis en évidence l’intérêt des leds sur la cicatrisation.

Cette technologie de soins est présente à la RIVIERAclinic depuis 10 ans. Les leds ont une efficacité en elles-mêmes pour bien des pathologies. Comme par exemple, nous constatons une nette amélioration dans l’acné inflammatoire. De plus, elles font partie de nos soins experts car elles atténuent en quelques minutes une rougeur excessive après laser ou soin cutané.

Une action prouvée scientifiquement

La led a une action au niveau de la mitochondrie cellulaire. Elle cible particulièrement le cytochrome c oxydase qui est une enzyme. Ainsi, la led stimule cet enzyme qui entre dans la fabrication de l’ATP. L’ATP est en quelques sorte le carburant, la source d’énergie de la cellule. Ensuite, la cellule va dans le cas de la médecine esthétique produire fibroblaste et collagène de type 2.

Comme pour les lasers, l’effet dépend de la longueur d’onde et l’intensité de la LED. Chaque couleur de LED a une action différente.

« J’ai constaté un effet bluffant des leds en post-opératoire sur les bleus mais aussi après un soin du visage. La peau peut être rouge et en quelques minutes, la rougeur sera estompée. Pour une fois en médecine esthétique, les leds ne comportent pas de contre-indications et d’effets secondaires. Nous n’avons jamais constaté de brûlure ou de lésion cutanée. Il est à noter que la recherche scientifique a mis en évidence qu’une led de mauvaise qualité pouvait aboutir à un effet néfaste, c’est-à-dire nuire à la qualité du collagène.

A l’inverse des leds médicales et d’autres performances comme celles présentent au cabinet qui elles stimulent l’activité cellulaire. Il est donc déconseillé d’utiliser des leds vendues dans le commerce, à la maison ou des petites leds de faible qualité.

LES DIFFERENTES LED

Une histoire de longueur d’onde et de couleur

La LED rouge (630NM) agit à 5mm de profondeur et donc est efficace sur le derme. Elle a un principal rendement un rôle anti-inflammatoire et stimula la neo-collagénése.

LED jaune, son action est la stimulation des mécanismes de cicatrisation.

LED bleue, (410-415 nm) agit principalement au niveau du follicule pilo-sébacé (le poil et La glande de sécrétion de la transpiration.) Si elle stimule la cicatrisation, son effet principalement recherché pour stériliser le proprionibacterium acnés qui joue un rôle connu dans l’acnés inflammatoire.

LED infrarouge, pénètre plus profondément, à environ 1cm. Elle a un effet cicatrisant prouvé scientifiquement. Associé à cet effet la recherche à mis en évidence une amélioration de l’humeur probablement par action des infrarouges au niveau de l’os et une amélioration de la vascularisation cérébrale notamment au niveau des lobes frontaux.

Nous possédons une LED médicale haut de gamme à la clinique.

En effet, les résultats sont conditionnés par la puissance de la LED mais aussi par l’algorithme informatique de la machine. Ainsi une petite LED du commerce n’aura pas du tout l’effet escompté que nous pouvons avoir au centre laser. L’efficacité de la LED dépendra donc de la puissance, de la qualité du dispositif, de la durée des séances, de la zone exposée, et de la séquence appliquée en continu ou discontinue, voire de l’association de plusieurs lumières dans la même séance.

Il est ainsi possible d’associer des protocoles qui jouent à la fois sur la cicatrisation et sur le côté anti-inflammatoire de cette méthode.
